It could be filled with extracurricular activities, household chores, and a 9-5 daily job. Ayurveda can bring balance to your work and life. They can be simple to incorporate in your daily routine and can be tweaked as per your requirement. Firstly, you must fix your sleep schedule. Since Ayurveda requires you to wake up early, late night internet surfing should be avoided at all cost. This keeps you awake till the wee hours of the night thus disturbing your sleep cycle. Once, this is mixed it will be relatively easy to wake up early, and if you would like to push it further, wake up before sunrise. Follow this by brushing your teeth, scraping your tongue with a tongue cleaner, and gargling with warm water. Rinse your face with water and then sip warm water or herbal tea. This will help start your digestive system. 

Secondly, spend a few minutes of your time in yoga and meditation. You can achieve greater body flexibility and strength through yoga. This will help increase your stamina throughout your day. You can also meditate daily. If you are a beginner, begin with meditating for just 5 minutes daily and increase the time as you develop better focus. This will help you concentrate and work better thus getter better outputs from your efforts in relatively less time and by using much less energy. You can also feel less anxious about your hectic schedule by practising meditation daily. 

Inculcating the above steps in your routine daily will bring tremendous change in your health and stability. Without having the need to mend your schedule.
